Finance Support

Support the Finance department in all issues of a finance nature (includes accounting, tax reporting, payroll, and procurement). Responsibilities: Work closely with the finance administrator to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters. These services include, but are not limited to: ? Maintain communication with suppliers ? Request Supplier Quotes ? Complete credit application form ? Prepare Purchase Order ? Prepare Checks, check voucher, & updating the check summary report. ? Send payment notification to suppliers ? Delivery of checks corresponding to payroll and suppliers. ? Handling of the Petty Cash. ? Invoice Reception ? Validate accounts payable ? Archive accounting documents such as invoices, checks. ? Knowledge of TSS, infotep and IR-3. ? Follow-up on tax payments, TSS, Infotep, ISR payment. ? Keeping the work area in order ? Prepare spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required. ? Resolution of finance related queries. ? Inventory control of cleaning supplies and office supplies. ? Scan documents ? Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role. ? Assist to the Finance administrator in all reports needed required by DGII such as but not limited to the following: ? 606: Local Expenses Report ? 607: Local sales report (in our case we have to send this form in cero (0)) ? IT-1: Itbis report (in our case we have to send this form in cero (0)) ? IR-17: 10% retention of the invoice for services provided for professional physical person & 2% retention for technical services ? IR-3: withholding tax of the employees (irs-3) ? IR-2 & Annex: fiscal year tax income report and annex (informational report) OTHERS ? Other related tasks that may be delegated by the DR management team.

Unique Knowledge and Skills • Spanish & Basic English level to understand and process reports • Flexibility in schedule availability • 2 years of experience of working within a finance department • Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures • Good level of competence in excel, work, outlook and computerized accounting software • Good Communication and Listening Skills • Good Organizational skills used in planning own work • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Able to manage high volume workload • Able to respond effectively to changing priorities • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision • Good analytical ability • A recognized finance qualification • A respect for confidentiality Problem Solving and Decision Making • Ability to make decisions • Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
